MEDICAL EXAMINATION AND TESTS. 36.01 Unusual Job Requirements of Short Duration The Nature of health care is such that at times it is necessary for an employee to perform work not normally required in his/her job and, therefore, the requirements of the moment shall determine the type of work to be performed. It is understood that an employee shall not be expected to perform a task for which he/she is not adequately trained.
MEDICAL EXAMINATION AND TESTS. 32.01 Employees may be required to take a medical or X-ray examination, or vaccination, inoculation, or other immunization. Any employee refusing, without sufficient medical grounds, to take medical or X-ray examination at the request of the Employer, or to undergo vaccination, inoculation and other immunization when required, may be dismissed from the service of the Employer. Where an employee is required by the Employer to take a medical or X-ray examination or undergo vaccination, inoculation or other immunization, it shall be at the Employer's expense and on the Employer's time.

  • Health Examination 27-1 When the District determines that a MBU's health condition (mental or physical) may be impairing his/her job performance, the immediate supervisor, site administrator, or Regional Assistant Superintendent, with the concurrence of the Human Resources Department may, with just cause, direct the MBU to have a health examination at District expense. The MBU will be given a copy of the directive which will state the reason(s) for such examination.
