Medical or Nursing Care. The employee may take three (3) days to make arrangements for medical or nursing care for a member of their immediate family.

The Superintendent may, in his/her sole discretion, grant the use of additional sick leave days to arrange for such care.

Medical or Nursing Care. The Bargaining Unit Member may take three (3) days per occurrence to make arrangements for medical or nursing care for a member of his immediate family. Immediate family shall be interpreted as husband, wife, mother, father, brother, sister, children, grandchildren, father-in-law, mother-in-law and grandparents or persons under the immediate care and supervision of the Bargaining Unit Member.
