Member Recruitment and Selection. The service site will take the lead in member recruitment for their awarded positions and agrees to recruit regularly using tactics and tools provided by the program along with their own strategies to ensure all awarded positions are filled by the due date. MORe Corps Staff will work closely with the site to provide recruitment support. Reading & Math, Inc. continues to make improvements to strengthen the recruitment and selection process. Each site will work with an assigned staff, who will ensure a smooth placement process for members at the site. Once Site Agreements are signed, your assigned staff person will reach out to you to schedule a meeting to discuss logistics of the placement process including promoting your member positions and conducting interviews. The service site will work jointly with assigned staff person in interviewing, selecting, and placing MORe Corps members until all member positions at the site are filled.

Each site must recruit their own members that they see as both contributing to the success of their own Club and participating youth and to the success of the overall program with its focus on academic success and engagement.

  • COMPLIANCE COMMITTEE (1) Within thirty (30) days of the date of this Agreement, the Board shall appoint a Compliance Committee of at least three (3) directors, of which no more than one (1) shall be an employee or controlling shareholder of the Bank or any of its affiliates (as the term “affiliate” is defined in 12 U.S.C. § 371c(b)(1)), or a family member of any such person. Upon appointment, the names of the members of the Compliance Committee and, in the event of a change of the membership, the name of any new member shall be submitted in writing to the Assistant Deputy Comptroller.   • Shared Governance The parties shall develop a variety of shared governance models which schools may consider. Schools shall select a model that best suits their needs or the staff may develop an alternative model of governance with direct involvement by teachers, other staff and community representatives. Staff approval and commitment to the model is essential. The selected model of governance will be specifically described in each school's improvement plan.
