Merchant of Record. (a) During the Term, except as set forth in Sections 14.1(b), (c) and (d), eBay shall not declare itself as the Merchant of Record for transactions between users effected through any service or offering available on (i) an eBay Covered Property (excluding transactions that are excluded from the definition of eBay Addressable GMV) or (ii) any third party payments platform where the value of such transactions is included in the definition of eBay Addressable GMV (with all references in such definition to “eBay” being deemed to refer to such third party payments platform). Notwithstanding the foregoing, if and to the extent that eBay is the owner of inventory sold on an eBay Covered Property and takes financial responsibility for all full and partial returns and any chargebacks initiated by the customer (a “First Party Transaction”), eBay may elect to declare itself as the Merchant of Record solely with respect to such First Party Transaction.
Merchant of Record. PayPal will be the merchant of record for each PayPal Transaction, and bear all responsibility for such PayPal Transaction as is normally borne by the merchant of record.
Merchant of Record. Under this Agreement, You appoint and authorize UiPath, as merchant of record for all Partner Product sales to Customers made through the UiPath Marketplace, and UiPath accepts such appointment. By appointing UiPath as merchant of record You do not transfer ownership title to any Partner Product to UiPath, and You agree that UiPath has no liability or obligation towards the Customers with respect to the Partner Products, including in respect of support, maintenance, service uptime, error or bug fixes, or improvements. You will be solely responsible for providing support to Customers, in accordance with this Agreement.
Merchant of Record. Unless sold directly by Southwest or otherwise agreed hereunder, Row 44 shall be the merchant of record for the Services.
Merchant of Record. While powered by EGull the Service is offered to golfers by the Golf Facility who acts as the Merchant of Record in the transaction. EGull operates on behalf of the Golf Facility to facilitate the registration, tracking and invoicing of the Service. Transaction Processing. EGull process credit card transactions through the App and deposit into the Golf Facility’s Stripe (payment service provider) account the portion earned by the Golf Facility less the considerations agreed upon in this Agreement.
Merchant of Record. With respect to all Payments, CML will act as merchant of record; provided that, for the avoidance of doubt, you acknowledge and agree that CML is only a provider of technology and services for the facilitation of Electronic Payments and is not the actual merchant who is accepting payment for the transaction of business with consumers. As merchant of record, CML will manage the process regarding disputed Payments, but you and the applicable driver will be solely responsible for chargebacks and any related fees or charges unless such chargeback is solely a result of a failure of CML’s Payment Systems. If any Payment is reversed or charged back, or CML does not receive payment for such Payment, then CML shall be entitled to reverse any payment of related Transaction Proceeds.
Merchant of Record x. Xxxx America will settle with the City for card transactions on a monthly basis on or before the 15th day of each month. The settlement will be for the cleared funds Cale America received for the transactions processed for the City since the prior settlement date. The settlement payments will be net of Cale America fees (under 2). The City will be liable for all refunds, chargebacks, fines and other amounts (such as issuer claims of fraudulent transactions or billing disputes) payable under card network rules.
Merchant of Record. Camdens shall process all payments made by Customers for the Products. If such payment is made by credit or charge card, Camdens shall appear on the Customers' account statement as the merchant of record for the sale and Merchant will xxxx Xxxxxx'x for costs as set forth in 8.1.
Merchant of Record. Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries act as the merchant of record for any of its end-customers.
