Method of Performing the Services. The Independent Contractor and Client intend this Agreement to be one of independent contractor and client. Accordingly, the Independent Contractor retains the sole right to control or direct the manner in which the services described herein are to be performed and the Independent Contractor will determine the method, details and means of performing the Services. Client retains the right to inspect, to stop work, to prescribe alterations, and generally to supervise the work to insure its conformity with this Agreement.

Sales Agent will determine the method, details, and means of performing the above- described services, including the determination of the need for and hiring of employees at Sales Agent’s own expense. CannAvenue may not control, direct, or otherwise supervise Sales Agent or its employees in the performance of those services, save and except to ensure that policies, procedures, and standards of CannAvenue or its vendors are properly applied.
Method of Performing the Services. Subcontractor will determine the method, details, and means of performing the Services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Subcontractor agrees to (a) comply with the reasonable policies, procedures and practices established by XXX and Xcel during the term of this Agreement, and (b) cooperate with all reasonable requests of XXX regarding the performance of the Services. Subcontractor shall perform the services in an efficient and expeditious manner in accordance with the terms, conditions, and provisions of this Agreement, as required by the Task Order, and in accordance with the current professional standards expected for the performance of services of the type described in this Agreement. Subcontractor shall furnish such personnel and procure such materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and other items as may reasonably be necessary for Subcontractor to perform the Services in accordance with this Agreement and the Task Order.
Method of Performing the Services. Avenel Alliance shall have the right to determine the method, details, hours and means of performing the Services. The Company shall have no right to, and shall not, control the manner or determine the method of accomplishing the Services; provided, however, the Company shall be entitled to exercise the general power of supervision, including the right to inspect and the right to make suggestions or recommendations as to the Services. The Company agrees to provide working space, equipment and facilities, and any other services or materials Avenel Alliance or its personnel may reasonably request to perform the Services.
Method of Performing the Services. Consultant shall determine the method, details, and means of performing the Services and shall devote such time as reasonably necessary to perform the Services. Consultant shall utilize his own equipment and shall be solely responsible for the supervision of his employees and contract personnel, if any.

Method of Performing the Services. Effort. The Independent Contractor will determine the method, details, and means of performing the Services, consistent with this Agreement. The Independent Contractor shall perform the Services in a timely and professional manner. PlayBook Athlete and the Independent Contractor anticipate that such efforts will require approximately (provide a description of the weekly hours necessary to complete the work such as 25 hours or 40 hours) man-hours of work per week.
