MINIMUM SHIFT 10.01 No employee shall be scheduled to work for less than three (3) hours in any one (1) shift. If no work or insufficient work is available, said employee shall nevertheless be paid for the full three (3) hours at their appropriate hourly rate of pay.
Minimum Pay The minimum time for which overtime compensation shall be paid under the provisions of Section 208.12 shall be two hours, except that if an employee, who has been notified to report for prearranged work outside of his/her regular work hours on workdays, continues to work into or beyond regular work hours, the employee shall be paid overtime compensation only for actual work time up to regular work hours, and for travel time as provided in Section 208.12 hereof. Shift Pay Each full-time employee scheduled to work on any shift commencing after 9:00 a.m. shall be paid a shift premium of seventy- five cents ($0.75) per hour for all hours worked by him/her on that shift and overtime hours worked in continuity with such shift. Shift premiums payable under this provision shall not be included as part of the employee’s regular pay for purposes of computing overtime pay.

Librarian $43,835 Faculty Members earning a base salary below the effective minima shall move to the new minima and receive any across-the-board and compression increase under Article 10 on his or her minima. Faculty Members who will receive regional campus increases under Article 10 of this Agreement shall receive those increases before any adjustment to meet the minimum salary required by this Article.
Minimum Payments If the Executive’s Termination Date occurs during the Agreement Term for any reason, the Executive shall be entitled to the following payments, in addition to any payments or benefits to which the Executive may be entitled under the following provisions of this Section 5 (other than this paragraph 5(a)) or the express terms of any employee benefit plan or as required by law:
Minimum Payment (a) Overtime worked on a Saturday or Sunday will be paid for at the rate of double Ordinary Rates. Employees required to work on a Saturday or Sunday will be afforded a minimum 4 hours work, or be paid as if for 4 hours at the aforementioned overtime rates.
Minimum Call (a) Should an employee report for work on a regular scheduled basis and there is no work available, they shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hours’ pay at their regular rate.
Requiring Minimum Compensation for Covered Employees a. Contractor agrees to comply fully with and be bound by all of the provisions of the Minimum Compensation Ordinance (MCO), as set forth in San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 12P (Chapter 12P), including the remedies provided, and implementing guidelines and rules. The provisions of Sections 12P.5 and 12P.5.1 of Chapter 12P are incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this Agreement as though fully set forth. The text of the MCO is available on the web at xxx.xxxxx.xxx/xxxx/xxx. A partial listing of some of Contractor's obligations under the MCO is set forth in this Section. Contractor is required to comply with all the provisions of the MCO, irrespective of the listing of obligations in this Section.
Minimum Payment Due Your Minimum Payment Due is listed on your Statement and equals the lesser of: • the amount of your New Balance, or • the greater of: • $30, or • 3% of the amount you owe, or • the sum of Finance Charges accrued since the last Billing Cycle (including Interest Charges and Transaction Fees), plus any Penalty Fees, Annual Fees (if applicable), and one-time fees that have been posted to your Account, plus 1% of the amount you owe. Making only the Minimum Payment Due will increase the amount of interest you pay and the time it takes to repay your balance.
Minimum Daily Pay (a) The Employer shall pay the employee a minimum of two (2) hours pay at his/her regular rate of pay upon reporting to work for a scheduled shift.
