Miscellaneous Leave Provisions. A. A teacher who is willfully absent from duty without leave shall forfeit compensation for the time of the absence and shall be subject to dismissal from employment. B. Leave may be used in quarter hour increments. A record of such leave shall be kept in the school office and a leave form submitted to the district office when three (3) hours have been used.
