Move-In Sample Clauses

Move-In. A Move-In Inventory and/or a Unit Condition Report form will be provided to you at the time you move into the Premises. Within forty-eight 48 hours (or according to applicable law) after you move in, you need to tell us in writing of any defects or damages in your Premises; otherwise, the Premises, fixtures, appliances and furniture, if any, will be considered to be in a clean, safe and good working condition and you will be responsible for defects or damages that may have occurred before you moved in. You acknowledge that the condition of the Premises may not be the same as the condition of the model unit you may have previously toured. Except for what you tell us in writing, you accept the Premises, fixtures, appliances and furniture in their "AS-IS" CONDITION, WITH ALL FAULTS AND IMPERFECTIONS AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE PREMISES ARE SUITABLE FOR THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH THEY ARE LEASED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE MAKE NO EXPRESS, AND DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL IMPLIED, WARRANTIES WITH REGARD TO THE PREMISES, FIXTURES, APPLIANCES, EQUIPMENT OR FURNITURE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR MERCHANTABILITY.

Move-In. Landlord agrees to deliver and maintain the leased premises in a fit and habitable condition in accordance with municipal codes. a. In the event prior tenancy results in deterioration of the condition of the leased premises, Tenant hereby agrees to fully cooperate with Landlord in the facilitation of any repairs and/or cleaning required. b. If Tenant believes additional cleaning is needed upon move-in, Tenant agrees to request Landlord to perform any additional cleaning within 24 hours of obtaining keys. If approved, additional cleaning may be provided within five (5) days. If Tenant is not satisfied after completion of re-cleaning, Tenant may be responsible for further cleaning. Tenant expressly agrees that any cleaning issues not addressed within five (5) days are thereafter waived for the remainder of the lease term, including any renewals. c. Landlord agrees to repair any damages caused by the prior Tenant within a reasonable time. d. Landlord does not agree to any form of compensation for repairs or cleaning completed by Tenant unless written permission is first given by Landlord for the work prior to Tenant commencing any such work. e. Painting prior to tenancy is neither promised nor guaranteed. If painting is deemed necessary by Landlord, it may be completed after Tenant has taken occupancy. Tenant agrees to facilitate this by moving his/her own personal belongings. f. Flooring replacement prior to tenancy is neither promised nor guaranteed. Flooring is provided in as-is condition. If replacement is deemed necessary by Landlord, it may be completed after Tenant has taken occupancy. If Landlord and Tenant agree to flooring replacement after Tenant has taken occupancy, Tenant agrees to facilitate this by moving his/her own personal belongings. g. Tenant agrees to notify Landlord in writing within eight (8) days from the from the date of occupancy of any items at the premises which Tenant claims are not his/her personal belongings. Should Tenant fail to timely notify Landlord as set forth above, Tenant understands, accepts and expressly agrees to be responsible for any and all costs associated with removing items left at the property when the lease expires or terminates.

Resident must meet all residency requirements (as published on the University Housing website) before moving into Residence Facility. Resident must occupy the assigned space or deliver written notice of delayed arrival to the University Housing office no later than 9:00 a.m. on the first day of classes of the first academic term of residency. If Resident has not registered for courses and not occupied Resident’s assigned room by 9:00 am on the first day of classes, the room assignment may, at the sole discretion of University on behalf of Provider, be cancelled without notice to Resident, in which case Resident will be responsible for all fees described in the Cancellation Schedule B to this Agreement.

Move-In. Tenant may not move into the property until all fees, deposits, first month's rent and last month's rent have been paid in full by all residents of the apartment or house. All utilities must be placed in Tenant's or Tenants' name(s) with the utility companies. Tenant will provide confirmation from the power and water company prior to receiving keys. All lease documents must be completed prior to move in. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Move-In. 1. An application packet must be completed and approved prior to moving in to the community. This packet may be obtained from the Manager. Upon moving into the community, Residents agree to provide the Manager with the following information: • Each Resident’s current telephone numbers for home, cell phone, and employment, as well as an email address; • Emergency contact name, address, and phone numbers; • Make, model, year and license plate number of each Resident’s vehicle(s); • Proof of insurance covering the mobile home to include liability insurance on the Lot and pad site with a minimum amount of $100,000 in liability insurance coverage, and with Coachlight Village named as an additional insured on the pad site coverage; and such proof of insurance shall be updated annually on the lease renewal date. 2. A mobile home must be approved before move in. A Lot will not be leased to a Disqualified Mobile Home.
Move-In. If I select an academic year term of the Contract, occupancy begins the Thursday before the first day of fall semester classes at a time designated by University Housing. For the spring semester, occupancy begins the Sunday before the first day of spring semester classes at a time designated by University Housing. If I select a twelve-month term of the Contract, occupancy begins the Sunday of commencement in the spring at a time designated by University Housing. For specific calendar dates and time, please refer to the following link: University Housing Calendar. I may move into my assigned room no earlier than the first move-in date listed in the Housing Calendar. The University will not hold my room for me beyond the first day of classes unless I notify the University in writing of my intention to occupy the room at a later date and the University approves the alternate date. The University will not issue any refunds for the period the room is held unoccupied. My failure to occupy the assigned room does not release me from the financial responsibilities of this Contract, including the forfeiture of the $150 Advance Payment further described in Section 6.1.
Move-In. Move-Out and Use Schedule: The Event preparation by Lessee on the Premises and delivery of Lessee's freight or other properties shall take place only upon the dates and at the time specified in this Lease. Unless otherwise approved by the Arena, move-in/move-out activity shall take place between 7:00 a. m. and 10:59 p.m. Move-out times are specified on Addendum A. Specific times and type of use on each day must be provided to the Arena as listed on Addendum A. Information on Addendum A will be deemed to be a part of this Lease.
