MOVE-IN CONDITION. VBC has inspected and accepts the Property AS IS except for conditions materially affecting the safety or health of ordinary persons or unless expressly noted otherwise in this Agreement. VBH has made no express or implied warranties about the condition of the Property and no agreements have been made about future repairs unless specified in this Agreement. VBC is advised to prepare a written document noting any defects in or damage to the Property and deliver it to VBH within forty-eight (48) hours after the Commencement Date of this Agreement. VBC’s failure to timely deliver the document will be deemed as VBC’s acceptance of the Property in a clean and good condition, with no defects or damage. No such document is a request for maintenance or repairs.

EBI is required to fill out the acceptance checklist and accurately record the condition of the Property within forty-eight (48) hours after the Commencement Date of this Agreement. EBI’s failure to timely deliver the online checklist will be deemed as EBI’s acceptance of the Property in a clean and good condition, with no defects or damage. No such document is a request for maintenance or repairs. EBI will direct all requests for repairs in accordance with Section 19.
MOVE-IN CONDITION. Tenant has inspected and accepts the Property AS IS except for conditions materially affecting the safety or health of ordinary persons or unless expressly noted otherwise in this Lease. Landlord has made no express or implied warranties as to the condition of the Property and no agreements have been made regarding future repairs unless specified in this Lease. Tenant will complete an Inventory and condition Form, noting any defects or damages to the Property, and deliver it to Landlord within 48 hours after the Commencement Date. Tenant’s failure to timely deliver the Inventory and Condition Form will be deemed as Tenant’s acceptance of the Property in a clean and good condition. The Inventory and Condition Form is not a request for maintenance or repairs. Tenant must direct all requests for repairs in compliance with paragraph 20.
MOVE-IN CONDITION. Landlord shall provide the first Tenant to take possession of the premises with a “Move –In / Move – Out Condition Report” form. That Tenant shall complete the form and return it to Landlord within five days. Unless Landlord objects within five days of his receipt of the completed form, the report shall be deemed conclusive evidence that the premises are as described in the report. Landlord shall deliver the premises and all common areas to the Tenant in a clean, safe, and habitable condition, free of rodent and insect pests, free of visible mold, and it with all smoke detectors, utilities, and appliances in proper working condition.
MOVE-IN CONDITION. A credit will be given by Security Deposit Staff for any cleaning, painting, and/or carpet damage that was in place before the term of the Lease, and unrepaired during the term of the lease. To receive such credit Tenant agrees that it must be listed on the Move-In Condition Report. Any unreported items will not receive credit.

MOVE-IN CONDITION. Resident(s) agree(s) that occupancy is for specific dates. If actions on the part of previous tenants or third person prevent the premises from being in a rentable condition, Management’s only obligation will be to correct the problems within a reasonable time. All other claims will be made against the third parties. If, in the opinion of Management, the leased premises cannot be restored to a habitable condition within a reasonable time, then this entire Lease Agreement may be declared null and void at the option of Management.
MOVE-IN CONDITION. X. Xxxxxxxx will complete make-ready on the property prior to Tenant move-in. Make-ready includes cleaning property, as necessary; filling in nail holes; and touching up paint. Please note that there may be some slight color variations between wall color and touch-up paint color.
MOVE-IN CONDITION. You are responsible for reporting and addressing concerns that you may have for your room within 48 hours of the Start Date. Any changes to the physical condition of the Room or Residence property that are deemed by Housing & Residence Life to have resulted from unacceptable use by You will lead to additional charges to your Account. Residents that fail to report and address room concerns accept the accuracy of the records contained by Housing & Residence Life.
