Multi-User License. To the extent the relevant license granted is a Multi-user License, the terms in this section 3.4 shall apply. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, IAR Systems hereby grants to the Licensee a personal, non- transferable and non-exclusive Multi-user License to use the Software. The Licensee’s number of authorized users of the Software under the Multi-user License, if more than one, is stated in the Invoice or otherwise in writing from IAR Systems or IAR Distributors.

Multi-User License. If Partner’s License Certificate indicates that Partner has obtained a “Multi-User License” for any Specialized Software, then, subject to this Agreement, during the License Term, BlackBerry grants to Partner, under BlackBerry’s Intellectual Property Rights, a non-exclusive, non-transferable license:
Multi-User License. If Customer has purchased a multi-user license from Cisco, then, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Cisco and its suppliers grant to Customer a nonexclusive and nontransferable license to use the Software, in object code form only, in ONLY ONE of the following manners: installed in a single location on a hard disk or other storage device of up to the number of Customer's computers or simultaneous users authorized under such license and for which Customer has paid Cisco the required license fee ("Permitted Number of Computers" or "Permitted Number of Users", as applicable); or provided the Software is configured for network use, installed on a single file server for use on a single local area network for either (but not both) of the following purposes: (a) permanent installation onto a hard disk or other storage device of up to the Permitted Number of Computers or Permitted Number of Users, as applicable; or (b) use of the Software over such network, provided the number of computers or users connected to the server does not exceed the Permitted Number of Computers or Permitted Number of Users, as applicable.
Multi-User License. If Viavi identifies a license for the Software in a duly signed writing as a “multi-user license”, then Customer may install and permit Authorized Users and/or End Users to install and use copies of the Software on stand-alone computers or Products, provided that the Software is installed for no more than the maximum number of Authorized Users and/or End Users specified by Viavi. Each Authorized User or End User may not use the Software other than on one (1) computer or Product. The maximum number of Authorized Users and End Users for the “multi-user” license shall be two (2), unless Viavi specifies another number in writing.
Multi-User License. Payment of a fee for a specified number of simultaneous users gives the Subscriber the right to provide access to the Databases by means of a local area network whose terminals are physically linked together within the organizational premises at a single site for up to the specified number of simultaneous users only.
Multi-User License. You may install the Software on each of your company’s computers/server(s), up to the Permitted Number, provided that you have obtained from Phase One a Multi User License. Multi-User License. If Customer has purchased a multi-user license from SimiGon, then, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, SimiGon and its suppliers grant to Customer a nonexclusive and nontransferable license to use the Software, in object code form only, in ONLY ONE of the following manners:
Multi-User License. If Licensee has registered and paid for a Multi-User License, Best Case hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for internal purposes in connection with Licensee’s business, at the licensed Office location designated by Licensee. With a Multi-User License: (i) the Software may be used by any number of employees or licensed attorneys of Licensee’s professional business but only three concurrent users may access the Software at any one time; (ii) for concurrent use by more than three users, Licensee must obtain additional user licenses from Best Case; and (iii) if additional user licenses are obtained, use of the Software may not exceed the number of concurrent users for which licenses have been obtained. All permitted users must work within the same licensed Office location and the Software may not be accessed from any Branch Offices without obtaining additional site licenses. The Software may be installed and used on multiple computers provided that such computers are located within the same licensed Office. Licensee may not install the Software on a WAN without obtaining permission from Best Case and purchasing additional site licenses. Only the name of the Licensee registered with Best Case, and only the address of the Office Location, and any Branch Offices for which Licensee has obtained site licenses, may be listed in any forms generated through use of the Software.
Multi-User License. If opting for a multi user license the license holder is entitled to use the licensed product commercially or non-commercially as long as she or he adheres to the conditions set forth under item 1) and the T&Cs. The regulations are the same as with the single user license; yet you are allowed to install the sounds on the number of workstations corresponding to the number of users that you have chosen. The workstations must be on the premises and be owned by the company. It is insignificant who operates the workstations and uses the sounds, as long as this person is employed by the license holder or there is an existing B2B relationship.
