Mumps. B. An exception to required immunizations may be granted in the event of valid medical contraindications or for religious/philosophical reasons. In the event of outbreak, exempted students will be excluded from campus activities, until such time as specified by the King County Department of Public Health.

VARICELLA: I will provide serologic§ evidence of varicella immunity or two dates (month/day/year) of immunizations done 30 – 45 days apart. History of the disease is NOT acceptable. Mumps. All Program Participants shall be immunized against mumps (unless they can demonstrate immunity against mumps). Mumps a. Health care providers who work in medical facilities should be immune to mumps. If no previous documentation of immunity is provided, OHS will order a titer to check immunity.
