Music Services. TouchTunes shall make the following music services (the “Music Services”) available to Operator:
Music Services. Supplier provides MUZAK(R) subscription music programming (the "Music Service") to commercial establishments. Subscriber owns, operates, franchises or controls the commercial establishments listed in Exhibit "B" ("Serviced Premises"). The parties agree that, subject to paragraph 6 below, Supplier shall provide the Music Service to each of the Serviced Premises. Music Services. 3.1 The Supplier will supply up to seven hundred and fifty (750) Tracks at any time to the Player(s) to include up to twenty (20) Track updates per month to the Music Profile(s) as appropriate.   • Utility Services Company agrees to pay the full cost and expense associated with its use of all utilities, including but not limited to water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, and telecommunication services.

  • Outside Services Consultant shall not use the service of any other person, entity, or organization in the performance of Consultant’s duties without the prior written consent of an officer of the Company.
