Night Shift Lead Hands. When night stocking takes place, and a Department Manager is not on duty, one (1) employee on the night stocking shift, shall be designated a Lead Hand, and shall be paid a premium in addition to the regular rate of pay of seventy-five cents ($0.75) per hour. When a Department Manager is on duty, he will be responsible for leading and directing the workforce.
