NIGHT SHIFT PAY a. Employees shall receive night shift pay as set forth below:
NIGHT SHIFT PAY. Employees shall receive night-shift pay if one-half of their work period is before 8:00 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m. Night-Shift differential shall be 7.5% of employee’s standard daily or bi- weekly rate.
NIGHT SHIFT PAY a. Supervisors in classes which characteristically work shifts shall receive night shift differential pay if one-half or more of their work period is before eight a.m. or after five p.m.
NIGHT SHIFT PAY. An Investigative Assistant who is assigned to work more than half their work period before eight a.m. or after five p.m. shall be entitled to a night shift differential of 7.5% of the employee’s standard daily or biweekly salary rate.

  • Night Shift Premium Any employee who is required to work on any day when the majority of their working hours fall between 10.00 p.m. and 5.00 a.m., or who starts their shift prior to 5.00 a.m., shall be paid a premium, in addition to their regular, hourly rate, of one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) per hour for all hours worked on the shift. Shift premium pay shall not be added to an employee’s hourly rate for the purpose of computing overtime. This clause shall not result in duplication of premiums.

  • Shift and Weekend Premium (a) Effective July 1, 2019, an employee shall be paid a shift premium of ninety cents (90¢) per hour for each hour worked between the hours of 1500 hours and 0700 hours. Effective July 1, 2020, an employee shall be paid a shift premium of ninety-five cents (95¢) per hour for each hour worked between the hours of hours of 1500 hours and 0700 hours.
