Common use of Night Shifts Clause in Contracts

Night Shifts. (a) Effective September 1, 2008, a shift bonus of 69¢ per hour shall be paid for all hours worked between 12 midnight and 8:00 a.m. (b) Effective September 1, 2009, a shift bonus of 71¢ per hour shall be paid for all hours worked between 12 midnight and 8:00 a.m.

Night Shifts. (a) Effective September 1, 20082004, a shift bonus of 69¢ 62¢ per hour shall be paid for all hours worked between 12 midnight and 8:00 a.m. (b) Effective September 1, 20092005, a shift bonus of 71¢ 63¢ per hour shall be paid for all hours worked between 12 midnight and 8:00 a.m.

Night Shifts. (a) Effective September 1, 20082019, a shift bonus of 69¢ 80¢ per hour shall be paid for all hours worked between 12 midnight and 8:00 a.m. (b) Effective September 1, 20092020, a shift bonus of 71¢ 81¢ per hour shall be paid for all hours worked between 12 midnight and 8:00 a.m. (c) Effective September 1, 2021, a shift bonus of 82¢ per hour shall be paid for all hours worked between 12 midnight and 8:00 a.m.

(a) Effective September 1, 20082002, a shift bonus of 69¢ 55¢ 58¢ per hour shall be paid for all hours worked between 12 midnight and 8:00 a.m. (b) Effective September 1, 20092003, a shift bonus of 71¢ 60¢ per hour shall be paid for all hours worked between 12 midnight and 8:00 a.m. (c) Effective August 31, 2004*, a shift bonus of 61¢ per hour shall be paid for all hours worked between 12 midnight and 8:00 a.m. *It is understood that the August 31, 2004 adjustment will not result in any payout for the 2003-2004 contract year.
