NO CLAIM AGAINST OFFICERS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES. No claim shall be made by the Contractor against any officer, agent, or employee of the City in their personal capacity for, or on account of, anything done or omitted in connection with this Agreement.
NO CLAIM AGAINST OFFICERS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES. No claim whatsoever shall be made by CONSULTANT against any officer, agent or employee of the COUNTY for or on account of, anything done or omitted in connection with this Agreement.
NO CLAIM AGAINST OFFICERS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES. No claim whatsoever shall be made by the Firm against any officer, agent, or employee of the XXXXX, for or on account of any act or omission in connection with this Agreement.
NO CLAIM AGAINST OFFICERS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES. 30.1 No claim whatsoever shall be made by the Licensee against any officer, agent or employee of the City for, or on account of, anything done or omitted in connection with this License.

No claim for personal liability shall be made by the Contractor against any individual officer, agent or employee of the Corporation, NYC Health + Hospitals or the City related to anything done or omitted in connection with this Agreement and no claim shall be made by the Corporation against any individual, officer, agent or employee of the Contractor except in the case of fraud.

NO CLAIM AGAINST OFFICERS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES. No claim whatsoever shall be made by the Seller against any officer, agent or employee of the City for, or on account of, anything done or omitted in connection with this Contract.
NO CLAIM AGAINST OFFICERS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES. 50.1 No claim whatsoever shall be made by the Construction Manager against any officer, agent, or employee of CUCF for, or on account of, anything done or omitted to be done in connection with this Agreement.
NO CLAIM AGAINST OFFICERS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES. No claim whatsoever shall be made by ONE-STOP OPERATOR against any officer, agent or employee of OCWDB or COUNTY for or on account of, anything done or omitted in connection with this Agreement. Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended and as may be further amended from time to time during the term of this Agreement, which prohibits denial of benefits, exclusion from participation, or discrimination on the basis of race, sex, color, or national origin.
NO CLAIM AGAINST OFFICERS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES. Absent any willful misconduct, no claim whatsoever shall be made by either Party against any individual officer, agent or employee of the other Party for, or on account of, anything done or omitted in connection with this Agreement.
