Common use of Non-Discretionary Personal Leaves Clause in Contracts

Non-Discretionary Personal Leaves. Employees may be granted personal leave with pay during a contract year to be used for any one, or any combination of the following reasons under the stipulation indicated (such leaves are not accumulative). The total number of days for personal leave, identified under A and/or B, shall not exceed five (5) days in any school year.
