Non-Physician Personnel. Manager shall be responsible for the payment to all persons employed or retained by Manager of all compensation, including reasonable base salary, fringe benefits, bonuses, health and disability insurance, workers’ compensation insurance and any other benefits that Manager may make available to its employees or contractors.

Non-Physician Personnel. Medical Management shall provide such support personnel and nursing personnel to Doctor's Care as may be reasonably necessary to enable Doctor's Care to perform medical services at the Offices subject to the following:
Non-Physician Personnel. ValleyCare shall also provide a nurse practitioner, at ValleyCare’s sole expense, experienced in preventative diagnostic treatment. All non-physician personnel shall be licensed and/or certificated as required, and shall only provide services within the scope of such license or certification. At no time shall any non-physician personnel supplied by ValleyCare be considered employees of College District. However, the ValleyCare Nurse Practitioner will be limited to attend and participate in any and all Las Positas college faculty meetings. ValleyCare will require all non-physician personnel supplied under this Agreement to abide by the College District’s Board Policy and Regulations Manual. ValleyCare shall provide .8 FTE (full-time-equivalent) or thirty-two (32) hours clerical staff, whichever is more.
Non-Physician Personnel. Except as specifically provided in this Agreement, Practice Manager shall employ or otherwise retain and shall be responsible for selecting, training, supervising, and terminating all management, administrative, clerical, secretarial, bookkeeping, technical, medical physics, nursing, accounting, payroll, billing and collection, and other non-physician personnel as Practice Manager deems reasonably necessary and appropriate for Practice Manager’s performance of its duties and obligations under this Agreement and for the operation of the Office. Practice Manager shall have the duty to hire duly qualified clinical personnel in accordance with standards promulgated by the American College of Radiology (ACR), Joint Commission for Accreditation of Health Organization (JCAHO) and/or Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), provided, however, Practice Manager shall seek the input of the full-time physicians and employees of Practice concerning the selection, transfer and termination of all non-physician personnel.
Non-Physician Personnel. Other than any non-physician personnel required to be employed by Practice as required by Medicare claims processing or other similar requirements, Manager shall provide, either directly or through a Subcontract, all non-physician personnel (“Support Personnel”) for Practice. Manager or Subcontractor, as applicable, shall have the responsibility for determining and paying compensation, providing benefits, and making any withholdings required by applicable law, including any required withholdings for income tax, unemployment insurance, and social security, for Support Personnel hired by either of them.

Non-Physician Personnel. ProMedCo will provide all personnel reasonably necessary for the conduct of Clinic operations with the exception of Technical Employees. ProMedCo shall determine and cause to be paid the salaries, fringe benefits and any sums for income taxes, unemployment insurance, social security taxes or any other withholding amounts required by applicable law or governmental authority, of all such personnel. Such personnel shall be under the direction, supervision and control of ProMedCo, with those personnel performing patient care services subject to the professional supervision of ADC. If ADC is dissatisfied with the services of any person, ADC shall consult with ProMedCo. ProMedCo shall in good faith determine whether the performance of that employee could be brought to acceptable levels through counsel and assistance, or whether such employee should be terminated. All of ProMedCo's obligations regarding staff shall be governed by the overriding principle and goal of providing high quality medical care.

Non-Physician Personnel. Through necessary arrangements, Employer will provide Physician with adequate non-physician personnel including, but not limited to, nursing staff, reception and secretarial staff, to assist Physician in the performance of his or her duties. Physician may recommend certain persons to Employer for any or all of the above positions, provided that all hiring and firing decisions shall be made by Employer in its sole discretion.
