Non-Probationary Educators. Non-probationary educators receive at least one documented observation each year and one evaluation that results in an on-line written evaluation report each academic year. Non-probationary educators shall receive the written evaluation report once all measures of student learning are available. The final evaluation may not be completed until the first quarter of the following school year when all assessment data is available.
Non-Probationary Educators. Bargaining Unit Members who have completed the probationary period shall be considered non- probationary Bargaining Unit Members.
Non-Probationary Educators. Educators who have completed the probationary period shall be considered non-probationary Educators.

  • Probationary Employees Employees with permanent status will not be separated from state service through a layoff action without first being offered positions they have the skills and abilities to perform within their current job classification within the layoff unit currently held by probationary employees. Probationary employees will be separated from employment before permanent employees.

  • Probationary An employee who is employed to fill a full or part-time position for a trial period of sixty (60) working days.

  • Establishment of Probationary Period If the Superintendent concurs with the evaluator’s judgment that the performance of the employee is unsatisfactory, the Superintendent shall place the employee in a probationary status after October 15 but before February 1 of the current school year and ending no later than May 1. The employee shall be given written notice of the action of the Superintendent which shall contain the following information:

  • Paid Education Leave The Company agrees to pay into a special fund, one (1¢) cent per hour per employee for all compensated hours for the purpose of providing paid education leave. Such leave will be for upgrading the employee skills in all aspects of trade union functions. Such monies to be paid on a quarterly basis into a trust fund established by the National Union, CAW, effective from date of ratification and sent by the Company to the following address: CAW Paid Education Leave Program, 000 Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx X0X 0X0.

  • Employment Relations Education Leave 26.1 The Employer shall grant leave on pay for employees party to this MECA to attend courses authorised by NZNO to facilitate the employee’s education and training as employee representatives in the workplace. FTE eligible employees as at 1 March each year Maximum number of days of employment relations education leave that we are entitled to allocate as a union 6 – 50 5 51 – 280 1 day for every 8 FTE eligible employees or part of that number 281 or more 35 days plus 5 days for every 100 FTE eligible employees or part of that number that exceeds 280
