Notification of Work Schedule. All teachers shall be given written notice of their schedules (grade level, subject areas, and number of classes where applicable) for the forthcoming year no later than the preceding 1st day of July. In the event that changes in such schedules are proposed, all employees affected shall be notified promptly and consulted, if available, through normal means of communications.

  • Notice of Work Schedules (a) Work schedules for regular employees shall be posted at least fourteen (14) days in advance of the starting day of a new schedule.

  • CORRECTION OF WORK 13.2.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for correcting all Work which the Architect has found to be defective or which fails to conform to the Contract Documents whether observed be- fore or after Substantial Completion and whether or not fabricated, installed or completed.
