Nursing Home Shift Differential. The Nursing Home will pay a shift differential for all part-time and full-time Nurses Aides, Licensed Practical Nurses, Staff Nurses, Senior Staff Nurses, and Head Nurses as follows: 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. shift: An additional $1.50 per hour 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. shift: An additional $2.00 per hour All Staff Nurses, Senior Staff Nurses, or Head Nurses who work a second 7.5 hour shift on the same calendar day in order to have a Registered Professional Nurse on duty, and who choose not to flex their time, will be paid at 1.5 times their regular hourly rate for the entire second shift.

  • Night Shift Differential 1. An employee who works an assigned night shift shall, in addition to his or her regular salary, be paid a night shift differential for each hour actually worked on the assigned night shift.

  • Shift Differential The shift differential for employees working on assigned shifts which begin before 6:00 A.M. or which end at or after 7:00 P.M. shall be sixty-five cents ($0.65) per hour for all hours worked on that shift. Such shift differential shall be in addition to the employee's regular rate of pay and shall be included in all payroll calculations, but shall not apply during periods of paid leave. Employees working the regular day schedule who are required to work overtime or who are called back to work for special projects shall not be eligible for the shift differential.

  • Skilled Care in a Nursing Facility This plan covers skilled nursing services in a skilled nursing facility if: • the services are prescribed by a physician: • your condition needs skilled nursing services, skilled rehabilitation services or skilled nursing observation; • the services are provided by or supervised by licensed technical or professional medical personnel; and • the services are not custodial care, respite care, day care, or for the purpose of assisting with activities of daily living.

  • The Nursing Homes and Related Industries Pension Plan In this Article, the terms used shall have the meanings as described:

  • Weekend Differential Employees assigned to State institutions other than Maine State Prison shall be eligible for a weekend differential of fifty cents ($.50) per hour to the base for shifts beginning between 10:00 p.m. Friday and 9:59 p.m.
