  • Grant Completion Deadline The grant completion deadline is the end date of this Agreement set forth in Section 2 above. The Grant Completion Deadline is the date when all grant and matching funds have been paid out or incurred in accordance with the work described in the Scope of Work, detailed in the Estimated Project Budget. If the Grantee finds it necessary to request an extension of the Grant Completion Deadline, an Amendment to the Agreement must be executed as per Section 7, and the stipulations in Section 15 must be met.

  • Deadline On-time submission requires that electronic applications be error-free and made available to SAMHSA for processing from the NIH eRA system on or before the application due date and time. Applications must be submitted to and validated successfully by Xxxxxx.xxx and eRA Commons no later than 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the application due date. Applications submitted in Xxxxxx.xxx after the application due date will not be considered for review. You are strongly encouraged to allocate additional time prior to the submission deadline to submit your application and to correct errors identified in the validation process.   • Removal Before Your Tax Filing Deadline An excess contribution may be corrected by withdrawing the excess amount, along with the earnings attributable to the excess, before your tax filing deadline, including extensions, for the year for which the excess contribution was made. An excess withdrawn under this method is not taxable to you, but you must include the earnings attributable to the excess in your taxable income in the year in which the contribution was made. The six percent excess contribution penalty tax will be avoided.

  • Deadline Date The parties agree to enter into collective negotiation over a successor Agreement in accordance with Chapter 123, Public Laws of 1974 in good-faith effort to reach agreement on all matters concerning the terms and conditions of employee’s employment. Such negotiations shall begin not later than October 15 of the year preceding the year in which this Agreement expires.   • Removal After Your Tax Filing Deadline If you are correcting an excess contribution after your tax filing deadline, including extensions, remove only the amount of the excess contribution. The six percent excess contribution penalty tax will be imposed on the excess contribution for each year it remains in the IRA. An excess withdrawal under this method will only be taxable to you if the total contributions made in the year of the excess exceed the annual applicable contribution limit.

  • Contribution Deadline The deadline for making an IRA contribution is your tax return due date (not including extensions). You may designate a contribution as a contribution for the preceding taxable year in a manner acceptable to us. For example, if you are a calendar year taxpayer, and you make your IRA contribution on or before April 15, your contribution is considered to have been made for the previous tax year if you designate it as such. If you are a member of the Armed Forces serving in a combat zone, hazardous duty area, or contingency operation, you may have an extended contribution deadline of 180 days after the last day served in the area. In addition, your contribution deadline for a particular tax year is also extended by the number of days that remained to file that year’s tax return as of the date you entered the combat zone. This additional extension to make your IRA contribution cannot exceed the number of days between January 1 and your tax filing deadline, not including extensions.

  • Review Period The Asset Representations Reviewer will complete the Review of all of the Review Receivables within sixty (60) days after having received access to the Review Materials pursuant to Section 3.2(a). However, if additional Review Materials are provided to the Asset Representations Reviewer in respect of any Review Receivables pursuant to Section 3.2(b), the Review period will be extended for an additional thirty (30) days in respect of any such Review Receivables.

  • Inspection Period Buyer shall be under no obligation to purchase the Property or otherwise perform under this Agreement unless Buyer determines the Property to be, in all respects, suitable for its intended purposes. The decision as to whether the Property is suitable for its intended purposes shall be the sole decision of Buyer, determined in the absolute discretion of Buyer, with Buyer’s decision being final and binding upon both Parties. Buyer shall have until , 20 , at : ☐ AM ☐ PM to notify Seller of its termination of this Agreement due to Buyer's determination that the Property is unsuitable for its intended purpose ("Inspection Period"). In the event Buyer elects to terminate this Agreement, Buyer shall provide written notice of termination to Seller prior to the expiration of the Inspection Period. In the event Buyer provides said notice of termination, Seller and any Escrow Agent shall be obligated to return the Escrow Money to the Buyer as provided in Section V hereof, and neither party shall have any further rights or obligations under this Agreement. In the event Buyer does not submit written notice of termination prior to the expiration of the Inspection Period, the Buyer shall be deemed to be satisfied with its inspections of the Property and this contingency shall be deemed to be fulfilled. The Seller, at no expense, shall fully cooperate with Buyer in obtaining any and all approvals required from any Federal, State, or Local Government ("Governmental Approvals") necessary for Buyer to satisfy their needs during the Inspection Period for the suitability of the Property. Said Governmental Approvals shall be obtained during the Inspection Period unless the Parties agree otherwise. Any additional agreements related to this Section must be done in writing and attached to this Agreement.

  • Notice Period Where this Agreement specifies a minimum period of notice to be given to the Facility Agent, the Facility Agent may, at its discretion, accept a shorter notice period.

  • STOP WORK NOTICE The City may issue an immediate Stop Work Notice in the event the Contractor is observed performing in a manner that is in violation of Federal, State, or local guidelines, or in a manner that is determined by the City to be unsafe to either life or property. Upon notification, the Contractor will cease all work until notified by the City that the violation or unsafe condition has been corrected. The Contractor shall be liable for all costs incurred by the City as a result of the issuance of such Stop Work Notice.
