Any off-site storm drainage must comply with ACO §1050.111 and any other applicable sections of the Avon Codified Ordinances.
Off-Site Public improvements. 5.1 The Developer shall be responsible for the cost of making all off -site improvements along Lowell Boulevard as required per concept and construction plans prepaxxx xx conjunction with the Lowell Boulevard Enhancement Project, with the exception of undergrouxxxxx of overhead utility lines along the street frontages which shall be improved as provided for in Section 5.3 below.
Off-Site Public improvements. Developer has agreed, if requested by the Authority to design and construct certain designated public facilities and improvements referred to as Authority’s Off-Site Improvements consisting of a public parking lot, a skate park and senior park. Off-Site Public improvements. The following public improvements to be constructed for the benefit of the District in accordance with detailed plans and specifications to be prepared by Developer and approved by the City Planning Director:
Off-Site Public improvements. Any off-site improvements required to be funded, designed, developed, constructed or contributed by any Applicable Laws as a result of Tenant’s development of the Demised Property (all of which may be considered as part of the Public Infrastructure) shall be funded, designed, developed, constructed or contributed at no cost to the City. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Lease to the contrary, City shall assist Tenant in obtaining impact fee credits for such Public Infrastructure as completed by Tenant that otherwise qualify for impact fee credits or reimbursements under the applicable Codes of the City and Miami- Dade County.

Xxxx for purposes of servicing Xxxxx 00 of this subdivision. A copy is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit 1.
