OFFICER IN CHARGE PREMIUM. Any Patrol Officer who is assigned to act in the capacity of Officer in Charge shall receive a premium of three dollars ($3.00) per hour for each hour so worked.

OFFICER IN CHARGE PREMIUM. - A. A Fire Fighter as designated by the Chief assuming the responsibilities as the head of his/her shift due to the absence of the officer in charge of the shift shall receive premium pay of seven and one-half (7Y2)per cent of his/her base salary for all times actually worked as head of his/her shift.
OFFICER IN CHARGE PREMIUM. A. A Fire Fighter in the Fire Fighting Division, assuming the responsibilities as the head of his/her shift due to the absence of the Fire Fighting Divisions shift officer or the primary Officer-in-Charge as designated below, shall receive premium pay of seven and one-half (7Y.) percent of his /her base salary for all times actually worked as head ofhislher shift. 1. The primary Officer-in-Charge on each shift, as designated by the Chief, will- be reevaluated on an annual basis with input from all Officers at the July Officer's meeting. If an Employee with more seniority is passed over for the primary Officer-in-Charge position by an Employee with less seniority, the Employee being passed over will be given a written explanation, by the Chief,‌ for being passed over.
OFFICER IN CHARGE PREMIUM. Any employee who is performing the duties and assuming the responsibility of Officer-in-Charge for at least four (4) hours of a regular shift in the absence of a Sergeant, shall be compensated at a flat rate of twenty dollars ($20.00) for each shift worked. The Officer-in-Charge shall be the senior patrol officer normally assigned to work the shift unless the Chief designates said shift with an Officer-in-Charge in advance. In the event twelve (12) hours shifts are instituted, the Officer-in-Charge shall be the senior patrol officer normally assigned to work the shift but only during the time there is no patrol officer more senior present, unless the Chief designates said shift with an Officer-in-Charge in advance. If the patrol officer is the Officer-in-Charge during the entire twelve (12) hour shift, the flat rate additional compensation shall be thirty dollars ($30.00). If the patrol officer is the Officer-in-Charge during eight (8) hours of a twelve (12) hour shift, the flat rate additional compensation shall be twenty dollars ($20.00). At no time will a Patrol Officer who is acting as Officer-in-Charge be compensated for working less than five (5) hours as Officer-in-Charge of any shift.
OFFICER IN CHARGE PREMIUM. Employees who are assigned by a supervisor or command personnel as Officer in Charge (OIC) to perform the duties of a Shift Supervisor and/or serve in an acting capacity in the absence of the Shift Sergeant, shall be compensated the additional hourly rate as if they had been promoted to the position of Sergeant. Acting pay shall be paid hour for hour, to the nearest quarter hour for all hours worked in the higher classification.

  • Officer in Charge The Supervisor shall designate an Officer-In-Charge (OIC) of the office in his/her absence.

  • TEACHER IN CHARGE 1. A Teacher-in-Charge vacancy shall be posted internally within the school. 2. In each school the Board shall fill the Teacher-in-Charge vacancy from among the applicants who responded to the internal posting. 3. In the event that any or all administrative officers assigned to the school are absent from the school, the Teacher-In-Charge may be assigned for periods not exceeding five days at any one time. 4. The Teacher-In-Charge shall not be responsible for the ongoing administrative or managerial duties, and specifically shall not have such responsibilities in relation to other teachers or parents. 5. The Teacher-In-Charge shall ensure that routine supervision necessary for the safety of students and security of the school is maintained and shall handle emergency matters with assistance from district supervisory staff. 6. The teacher shall be covered by the terms and conditions of this Agreement while designated as a teacher-in-charge. 7. A teacher who is designated as a teacher-in-charge shall be provided with any necessary teacher- teaching-on-call coverage as determined by the Administrative Officer and the teacher.

  • Calculation of Charges Contractor shall provide an invoice to the City on a monthly basis for goods delivered and/or Services completed in the immediate preceding month, unless a different schedule is set out in Appendix B, “Calculation of Charges.” Compensation shall be made for goods and/or Services identified in the invoice that the City, in his or her sole discretion, concludes has been satisfactorily performed. In no event shall the amount of this Agreement exceed [insert whole dollar amount in numbers and words -- no pennies and no “.00”]. The breakdown of charges associated with this Agreement appears in Appendix B, “Calculation of Charges.” A portion of payment may be withheld until conclusion of the Agreement if agreed to by both Parties as retainage, described in Appendix B. In no event shall City be liable for interest or late charges for any late payments. City will not honor minimum service order charges for any services covered by this Agreement.

  • Payment of Debt or Delinquency to the State Pursuant to §§2107.008 and 2252.903, Texas Government Code, Contractor agrees any payments owing to Contractor under this Agreement may be applied directly toward any debt or delinquency Contractor owes the State of Texas or any agency of the State of Texas, regardless of when it arises, until paid in full.
