As soon as possible, but by no later than July the Corporation agrees to utilize on call relief employees to cover all types of leave recognized under the collective agreement for employees in the following major urban centres: Calgary, Charlottetown, Edmonton, Fredericton, Greater Toronto Area, Halifax, Hamilton, Kitchener, London, Moncton, Montreal, Ottawa, Quebec City, Regina, Saint Xxxx, Saskatoon, John’s, Vancouver, Victoria, Windsor, Winnipeg. The Corporation may, at its own discretion, cover absences in other postal installations,following consultation. Should the Corporation encounter staffing difficulties in certain locations, the parties agree to consult locally on solutions to the staffing difficulties.
