The portion of the amounts billed for Engineer’s services which are related to the services identified in paragraphs C4.02 and C4.03, will be during the billing period based on the cumulative hours charged to the Project by each class of Engineer’s employees times the Standard Hourly Rate for each class plus Reimbursable Expenses and Engineer’s Consultant’s charges, if any.
Owner shall pay Engineer for such Additional Services on the basis of the Engineer’s current Standard Hourly Rate and Reimbursable Expense Schedule.
Effective August 1, 2019, the Standard Hourly Rate for Job Class One (1) shall be $25.222 for production job classes and the increment between job classes shall be twenty-eight point five (28.5) cents.
Effective August 1, 2020, the Standard Hourly Rate for Job Class One (1) shall be $25.472 for production job classes and the increment between job classes shall be twenty-eight point five (28.5) cents.
Any further design variations will be charged at the Standard Hourly Rate.
