Ongoing Membership. The Client’s Membership Plan will continue to the end of the agreed Billing Period unless and until the Client cancels their Membership Plan or the Company terminates it. The Client must provide the Company with a current, valid, accepted method of payment (as such may be updated from time to time, "Payment Method") to use the Services. The Company will bill the Membership Fee to the Client’s Payment Method. The Client must cancel their Membership Plan giving one month’s notice before it renews automatically at the end of the Billing Period in order to avoid billing for the next Billing Period's Membership Fees to the Client’s Payment Method

Ongoing Membership. Your membership will be ongoing unless the ‘Terminate my membership at the end of the minimum term’ box is ticked on the front of the membership application form.

  • Career Development Leave (a) Career development refers to an activity which, in the opinion of the Employer, is likely to be of assistance to the individual in furthering his or her career development and to the organization in achieving its goals. As such, consistent with training needs identified by the City and the financial resources appropriated therefore by the City, the City shall provide educational and training opportunities for employee career growth.   • Application for Membership No employee shall be subject to any penalties against his application for membership or reinstatement, except as may be provided for in the Constitution and By-Laws of the National Union and the Union. A copy of such Constitution and By-Laws, and any changes thereto, shall be transmitted to the Company.

  • Membership Termination No Member may terminate its membership in the Sector 21 other than in accordance with this Section 12. A Member that has agreed to join the Sector prior to the 22 Effective Date may withdraw from Sector membership prior to the Effective Date without penalty or 23 prejudice.
