Operations Security (OPSEC. The Contractor shall develop, implement, and maintain an OPSEC program to protect controlled unclassified and classified activities, information, equipment, and material used or developed by the Contractor and any subcontractor during performance of the contract. The Contractor shall be responsible for the subcontractor implementation of the OPSEC requirements. This program may include Information Assurance and Communications Security (COMSEC). The OPSEC program shall be in accordance with National Security Decision Directive (NSDD) 298, and at a minimum shall include: Assignment of responsibility for OPSEC direction and implementation. Issuance of procedures and planning guidance for the use of OPSEC techniques to identify vulnerabilities and apply applicable countermeasures. Establishment of OPSEC education and awareness training. Provisions for management, annual review, and evaluation of OPSEC programs. Flow down of OPSEC requirements to subcontractors when applicable. While performing at Government sites, the Contractor shall: Comply with facility OPSEC program instructions and contribute to organization-level OPSEC efforts. Include OPSEC as part of its ongoing security awareness program and take all required Agency training. Be responsive to the Supporting OPSEC Manager on a non-interference basis. Protect sensitive unclassified information and activities, which could compromise classified information or operations, or degrade the planning and execution of operations performed by the RO and Contractor in support of the mission.
Operations Security (OPSEC. The OPSEC program shall be IAW National Security Decision Directive (NSDD) 298 and at a minimum shall include:
a. Assignment of responsibility for OPSEC direction and implementation.
b. Issuance of procedures and planning guidance for the use of OPSEC techniques to identify vulnerabilities and apply applicable countermeasures.
c. Establishment of OPSEC education and awareness training.

e. Flow down of OPSEC requirements to subcontractors when applicable. While performing onboard Government sites, the Contractor shall (CDRL A010):
a. Comply with facility OPSEC program instructions and contribute to organization-level OPSEC efforts.
b. Include OPSEC as part of its ongoing security awareness program and take all required Agency training.
c. Be responsive to the Supporting OPSEC Manager on a non-interference basis.
d. Protect sensitive unclassified information and activities which could compromise classified information or operations or degrade the planning and execution of operations performed by the Requirements Owner and Contractor in support of the mission.
Operations Security (OPSEC. (applies to Orders for classified or sensitive items)
Operations Security (OPSEC. In accordance with DoD 5205.02M, the Seller shall maintain a facility level Operations Security (OPSEC) Program to protect Critical Information (CI) to be used at the Seller facility during the performance of this Order. All Seller facilities shall provide an appropriate means for safeguarding controlled unclassified and classified documents, equipment, and materials in accordance with OPSEC requirements. The Seller shall practice OPSEC and implement countermeasures to protect E-2 CI and other sensitive unclassified information and activities, especially those activities or information which could compromise classified information or operations, or degrade the planning and execution of military operations performed or supported by the Seller in support of the mission. These requirements shall be passed to all Subcontractors.
Operations Security (OPSEC. Training. All new contractor employees will complete Level I OPSEC Training within 30 calendar days of their reporting for duty. Additionally, all contractor employees must complete annual OPSEC awareness training. The contractor shall submit certificates of completion for each affected contractor and subcontractor employee, to the COR within five (5) calendar days after completion of training. If provided by the Requiring Activity’s OPSEC Officer, Contractor shall document via memorandum to COR.
Operations Security (OPSEC. The Seller shall maintain a facility level OPSEC program to protect controlled unclassified and classified activities, information, and material used or developed by the Seller and any Subcontractor during performance of the Order. While performing aboard NAVAIR or NAVAIR sites, the Seller shall comply with the provisions of OPNAVINST 3432.1A, the local Command/Facility OPSEC policies, as well as any procedures identified in Program- Specific Operations Security Plans, and Program Protection Plans (PPP) as applicable.
Operations Security (OPSEC. REQUIREMENTS
11.3.1 Local and Internal OPSEC Requirement
Operations Security (OPSEC. 3.15.3.1 The Contractor shall comply with FAR 52.204-2, Security Requirements, for all Classified Information, if any, and shall be responsible for establishing and maintaining an OPSEC program to adequately manage, protect and control sensitive information that has been provided or generated under the contract. The Contractor shall prepare and submit a written OPSEC Plan to the Contracting Officer for approval (CDRL A023).
3.15.3.2 The Contractor shall adhere to all requirements set forth by the appropriate DD254 and each items Security Classification Guide.
Operations Security (OPSEC. OPSEC is required in an effort to reduce a program’s vulnerability to an adversary’s collection and exploitation of critical information. The Contractor shall apply OPSEC IAW AFI 10-
Operations Security (OPSEC. The Contractor shall comply with DoD Directive 5205.02, Army Regulation 530-1, and the requiring activity OPSEC program. Failure to comply with the OPSEC directives shall be deemed adequate cause for the removal of a Contractor employee from performance on this contract and could be considered for appropriate legal action. The Contractor shall ensure all Contractor employees and subcontractors performing work under this contract complete Level 1 OPSEC training within 30 calendar days of start of employee performance on this contract and annually thereafter. The Contractor shall maintain all OPSEC training records and shall provide copies to the COR upon request.
