OPSEC Training. All new contractor employees will complete Level I OPSEC Training within 30 calendar days of their reporting for duty. Additionally, all contractor employees must complete annual OPSEC awareness training. The contractor shall submit certificates of completion for each affected contractor and subcontractor employee, to the COR or to the contracting officer (if a COR is not assigned), within 5 calendar days after completion of training. OPSEC awareness training is available at the following websites: xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/ioss/ or xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/catalog/operations-security.html; or it can be provided by the RA OPSEC Officer in presentation form which will be documented via memorandum.

OPSEC Training. Per AR 530-1 Operations Security, the contractor employees must complete Level I OPSEC Awareness training. New employees must be trained within 30 calendar days of their reporting for duty and annually thereafter. OPSEC Training. The Contractor shall track and ensure applicable personnel receive initial and annual OPSEC awareness training. Training may be provided by the Government or a Contractor’s OPSEC Manager. Contractor training shall, as a minimum, cover OPSEC as it relates to contract work, discuss the Critical Information applicable in the contract/task order, and review OPSEC requirements if working at Government facilities. The Contractor shall ensure any training materials developed by the Contractor shall be reviewed by the GCSS-MC PMO OPSEC Officer, who will ensure it is consistent with GCSS-MC PMO OPSEC policies. OPSEC training requirements are applicable for personnel during their entire term supporting GCSS-MC PMO contracts.

Contractor training shall include, at a minimum, cover OPSEC as it relates to contract work; discuss the Critical Information applicable in the contract; applicable review of government Critical Information and Indicators List(s) (CIIL); social media awareness and vulnerabilities; local threats; how to protect, transmit, and destroy controlled unclassified information; risks and guidance pertaining to geolocation-capable devices, applications, and services; and OPSEC review procedures for public release. The Contractor shall ensure that training materials developed by the Contractor shall be reviewed by the NAVWAR/NIWC Atlantic/NIWC Pacific OPSEC Officer, who will ensure it is consistent with NAVWAR/NIWC Atlantic/NIWC Pacific OPSEC policies. OPSEC training requirements are applicable for personnel during their entire term supporting NAVWAR/NIWC Atlantic/NIWC Pacific contracts and for the duration of DoN network access.

  • Staff Training 3.3.5.1 The CONTRACTOR shall provide regular and ongoing comprehensive training for CONTRACTOR staff to ensure that they understand the goals of Centennial Care 2.0, including the integration of physical, Long-Term Care and Behavioral Health, the provisions and limitations of the ABP and the requirements of this Agreement. As issues are identified by the CONTRACTOR and/or HSD, the CONTRACTOR shall provide timely and targeted training to staff.

  • First Aid Training In the interests of the occupational safety and health of employees, the Employer will undertake an in-service program of first aid training aimed at providing a first aid officer for each department.

  • Annual Training The Governing Board shall receive initial training and annual training thereafter. Pursuant to O.C.G.A §20-2-2072 and relevant State Board rules, the training shall include, but not be limited to, best practices on school governance, the constitutional and statutory requirements relating to public records and meetings, and the requirements of applicable statutes and rules and regulations.

  • Driver Training A. All drivers are to be provided with appropriate training and refresher courses each year in the following areas as a minimum: * Proper use of equipment including communications equipment; * Defensive driving; * Emergency and accident procedures; * Identifying unusual passenger behavior; * Student harassment and bullying; * Conducting evacuation drills; * Sensitivity training in working with disabled persons; * Human relation skills in working with parents, school staff, etc; * General vehicle maintenance and pre-trip inspections; and * Map reading and city street coordinates. The Department of Business and Transportation Services may review Contractors’ bus driver training program, upon request.

  • Safety Training Pursuant to Missouri Revised Statute Section 292.675, Contractors and subcontractors who sign a contract to work on public works projects must provide a 10-hour OSHA construction safety program, or similar program approved by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, to be completed by their on-site employees within sixty (60) days of beginning work on the construction project. Contractors and subcontractors in violation of this provision will forfeit to the public body $2,500 plus $100 a day for each employee who is employed without training. Public bodies and contractors may withhold/assess these penalties from the payment due to those contractors and subcontractors if found to be in non-compliance.

  • Cross Training (a) The parties recognize the importance of cross training to ensure that employees are properly trained for backup and for promotions. When the Employer identifies a cross training opportunity the Employer shall provide each regular employee written notification of the cross training opportunity in following with 6.02(a). The Employer undertakes to cross train employees on the basis of seniority and the ability to do the job within a reasonable period of time.

  • Employee Training The Provider shall provide periodic security training to those of its employees who operate or have access to the system. Further, Provider shall provide LEA with contact information of an employee who LEA may contact if there are any security concerns or questions.

  • Compliance Training ADMINISTRATOR shall make General Compliance Training and Provider Compliance Training, where appropriate, available to Covered Individuals.
