Options and Allowances. This Contract shall have a base period of one (1) year plus four (4) one (1) year option periods, which may be exercised in accordance with the provisions contained herein. Options and Allowances. [ (a) The government has included option items in the contract. Option items not awarded with the base work will be exercised within 120 calendar days and construction schedule adjusted based on the performance periods identified under paragraph IC of this Agreement
