Orders for Service. (1) Task Orders under this contract shall consist of orders issued via OF 347, Resource Order issued from the Resource Ordering and Status System (XXXX), or other agency acquisition form. (2) As the need becomes known to the Government, the ordering office will contact all contract holders to determine the location and availability of their respective MRBs. (i) Orders needed for immediate responses to support wildland fire support will be issued to the closest available resource available to meet requirements of the request, including date and time needed. (ii) Orders to support preplanned suppression needs will be issued on a best value comparison of the available offers based on price, special equipment needs, availability, and capability of meeting the delivery date. (iii) The Government will contact each Contractor to establish the location of the Contract MRBs. Contractors that fail to answer or do not respond within one hour from being contacted will not be considered for orders. (3) Orders for service may be verbal but must be confirmed by receipt of a Resource Order, OF 347, or other formal order for service. (4) The Contractor shall provide a copy of the Resource Order to the Contracting Officer within three days of receipt of the order. The Contractor shall also furnish the assigned resource order number upon arrival and check in at the incident. The Incident Commander or responsible Government Representative is authorized to administer the technical aspects of this contract. (5) If the Mobile Retardant Base is available for hire, the Contractor must be able to initiate response to a site designated by the Agency at any time, day or night within twenty-four hours of the time the Contractor accepts the offer of hire, or the negotiated time per Agency Representative. The Agency reserves the right to withdraw its offer of hire if the Contractor cannot arrive at the designated site within the time period requested.
Orders for Service. 3.1 At any time after the Contract Date You will be entitled to: (a) order further services under further Unit Agreements; and (b) request a move to the position of the Equipment (where provided by Us as part of a Managed Service), subject to such move not placing the Equipment more than 30 metres from the master socket. 3.2 We will respond to any orders pursuant to clause 3.1 within 10 Working Days. We will confirm the availability of the requested Service; the Charges for that Service; the Initial Term for that Service; the likely Proposed Service Start Date of that Service and any other relevant details. Such details shall not constitute an offer and You must confirm to Us in writing if You wish to contract with Us for such Services. No order pursuant to this clause 3 shall be accepted unless and until We confirm it in writing to You. Once accepted by Us, any order made under this clause 3 shall be a Unit Agreement for the purposes of this Contract. We are not obliged to respond to, process or accept any such order submitted by You. If required, You will complete a Data Capture Form in respect of the Service You are ordering. 3.3 Unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing all Unit Agreements shall be governed by the terms of this Contract only.
Orders for Service are transmitted in a format designated by Frontier via Electronic Exchange. At the time Equal Net submits an order for Service, Equal Net shall furnish Frontier with the name, billing and service addresses and ANI of each Presubscribed End-User (the "END- USER INFORMATION"). The End-User Information is required for LEC account set-up, normal call processing and handling NXX level customer service. The End-User Information is deemed to be Equal Net's Proprietary Information in accordance with Section 13. of the Agreement.
Orders for Service. Orders for SiriCOMM Service will be controlled by the terms of this agreement. Orders for any Installation, Add, Move, Change or Disconnect under this Agreement shall be provided to SiriCOMM solely by ACS. Such orders shall include authorization allowing SiriCOMM to work with any designated state facility where ACS deems appropriate. SiriCOMM shall not accept orders for any Installation, Add, Move, Change or Disconnect or any other Service under this agreement from any state facility directly.
Orders for Service. 4.1 Orders for any Installation, Add, Inside Move, Change or Disconnect under this Agreement shall be provided to MCI solely by Nasdaq. Such orders shall include authorization allowing MCI to work with any designated Subscriber where Nasdaq deems appropriate. MCI shall not accept orders for any Installation, Add, Inside Move, Change or Disconnect or any other Service under this Agreement from any Subscriber directly. 4.2 Orders for MCI Service will be controlled by the terms of this Agreement. Pre-printed terms of either party's purchase order shall have no binding effect on either party.
Orders for Service. 3.1. Any Order for Service submitted to Sensible by the client constitutes a binding offer capable of acceptance by Sensible. 3.2. Sensible is not obligated to accept any Order for Service submitted to it.
