Ordinary Daily Hours. 24.3.1 The ordinary daily hours for all Employees shall not exceed 12 on any one day (exclusive of meal hours). 24.3.2 There is no minimum engagement for ordinary daily hours for all Employees. 24.3.3 The Employer shall be able to roster an Employee’s ordinary daily hours as a split shift. 24.3.4 An Employee's ordinary daily working hours according to the Employee's roster shall not include meal breaks or time between split shifts.
