Common use of Ordinary Hours Clause in Contracts

Ordinary Hours. 3.1.1 The Ordinary Hours of employment shall be 40 ordinary hours per week averaged across the Roster Cycle, worked on a rotating 24/7 continuous shift roster Sunday to Saturday, consisting of four (4) ten-hour shifts and/or five (5) eight-hour shifts averaged across the Roster Cycle.
