Limit of Ordinary Hours. 4.1.2.1 Employee’s ordinary hours of work will be an average of 150 hours per four (4) week period and shall average 7.5 hours per day. 4.1.2.2 Should there be agreement between the Employer and an Employee, the ordinary hours specified in 4.1.2.1 may be extended to a maximum of ten (10) ordinary hours on any one day. 4.1.2.3 Ordinary hours worked pursuant to this clause shall be worked consecutively except for the meal breaks as provided by this Agreement

Limit of Ordinary Hours. 4.1.2.1 Ordinary hours of work are limited to an average of up to 38 a week to be averaged over a 28 day roster period. 4.1.2.2 Reasonable additional hours are required to be worked in addition to ordinary hours (i.e. in addition to the 38 hour week), when working work programs. 4.1.2.3 The maximum number of ordinary hours that may be worked per shift is 12 hours. Ordinary hours worked exceeding 12 hours must follow Cavill Power Product’s Fatigue Management processes.

The Employer will attempt to accommodate the personal commitments of Employees as best as possible, considering the operational requirements of the business. Each week employees must complete a written record (provided by the Employer) of all hours worked. This will include starting times, finishing times and any unpaid breaks that may be taken.

Limit of Ordinary Hours. 4.1.2.1 Ordinary hours of work are limited to an average of up to 38 a week to be averaged over a roster period of 4 weeks. 4.1.2.2 Rostered ordinary hour shift lengths will be set by us and may be as long as ten (10) or as short as two (2) on any one day or shift. 4.1.2.3 During each 4 week period a full time Employee may accrue an entitlement to a paid day off duty by increasing the ordinary time worked on the remaining days in each 4 week period, such that the combination of paid days off and ordinary hours worked averages 38 ordinary hours for the period. Such paid days off shall not accrue to more than 5 days.

  • Name of Building Tenant shall not use the name of the Building for any purpose other than as the address of the business conducted by Tenant in the Premises without the written consent of Landlord.   • Credit Hours Any hours worked under a Flexi-Tour or Gliding Schedule which are in excess of an employee’s basic work requirement which, upon management approval (e.g., that sufficient work to be performed exists), are worked at the request of the employee. Credit hours may be earned and used in quarter-hour increments. Credit hour use must be requested by the employee and approved by management in advance. A request to use credit hours will be granted, workload permitting.

  • Use of Buildings In addition to use and control of the Church and parish buildings for the discharge of duties of the Xxxxxx’x office, as provided by canon law, the Xxxxxx shall have the right to grant use of the buildings to individuals or groups from outside the parish, following guidelines approved by both the Xxxxxx and Vestry.
