Common use of Ordinary Hours Clause in Contracts

Ordinary Hours. 74.1.1. The ordinary working hours for employees shall be 38 hours per week over a cycle of eight weeks for which the roster of hours of duty and leave operates. Employees shall be rostered and worked an average of 42 hours per week; two of which hours shall be overtime work and paid for as such and the remaining two hours shall be taken as accrued leave in accordance with the roster laid down for this purpose.

Employees shall be rostered and worked Employee/s which produces an average of 42 38 hours per week; two of which hours shall be overtime work and paid for as such and the remaining two hours shall be taken as accrued leave in accordance with the roster laid down for this purpose.

Employees shall be fourteen consecutive days being: • 8 days @ 8.5 hours; • 1 day @ 8.0 hours; • 1 rostered and worked an average of 42 hours per weekday off, normally being every second Friday; two of which hours shall be overtime work and paid for as such and the remaining two hours shall be taken as accrued leave in accordance with the roster laid down for this purpose• 4 weekend days.
