Other Bargaining Unit Employees. 1. For the 2013-2014 school year, other bargaining unit employees shall receive a 1% increase to their 2012-2013 hourly rate of pay. For the 2014-2015 school year, other bargaining unit employees shall receive an hourly rate increase of the “Consumer Price Index (CPI-U) for calendar year 2012 used for PTELL purposes, but not less than 2% or greater than 3%, plus an additional 1%. For the 2015-2016 school year, other bargaining unit employees shall receive an hourly rate increase of the “Consumer Price Index (CPI-U) for calendar year 2013 used for PTELL purposes, but not less than 2% or greater than 3%, plus an additional 1%. Other Bargaining Unit Employees. For all employees within the bargaining unit who have not signed Union membership cards, the Board shall deduct as a representation fee, an amount equal to eighty-five (85%) percent of the regular Union membership dues from the employee’s salary to be paid to a representative designated by the Union.
