Common use of Other Paid Leave Clause in Contracts

Other Paid Leave. A pregnant employee may elect to utilize accrued vacation, compensatory time off, or any other earned form of paid absence from work in lieu of, or in combination with, paid sick leave during the period of pregnancy related leave, the combination of which may not exceed normal full pay.
