Elected officials; B. Contractual employees; C. Department administrators; D. Chief Deputies of elected officials; E. Chief Deputies of department administrators; F. Those employees who by reason of their employment are required to have a professional degree as a condition of their employment; G Administrative secretaries directly responsible to elected officials or department administrators;

R ECOGNITION. For the purpose of collective bargaining with respect to salaries, hours and other conditions of employment, the negotiations of collective bargaining agreements, and any questions arising there under, the Northborough Public School District Committee recognizes the Northborough Teachers Association / Unit C: Educational Support Professionals (ESPs) as the exclusive bargaining agent and representative of the following employees: Administrative Assistants, and Aides (including but not limited to Non-Instructional, Instructional, SPED, Library, Kindergarten, Speech, OT and PT Assistants) and Cafeteria Workers, including Cafeteria Managers, but excluding substitutes and all other employees who do not fall into the categories of Administrative Assistants, Aides and Cafeteria Workers. The Negotiations Committee will represent the Northborough Teachers Association/Unit C (hereinafter referred to as "the Association") in collective bargaining with the Northborough Public School District Committee (hereinafter referred to as "the Committee").
R ECOGNITION. Section 1: For the purpose of collective bargaining with respect to wages, hours, terms and conditions of employment, the Board recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive representative for all regular non-administrative professional staff working fifteen or more hours per week (“teachers”), and full and part-time non-administrative support personnel in the following categories: custodians, library aides, instructional aides, nurses, secretaries, cafeteria employees and bus drivers excluding Latch Key employees, mealtime monitors, supervisors, managerial, confidential, short-term employees and students. Said bargaining unit members may be referred to herein as “Employee(s)”. Section 2: Should any article, section, or clause of this Agreement be declared illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, then that article, section or clause shall be deleted from this Agreement to the extent that it violates the law, but the remaining articles, sections or clauses shall remain in full force and effect for the duration of the Agreement, if not affected by the deleted article, section or clause.
R ECOGNITION. The District agrees to recognize the Association as the majority representative of all police personnel excluding the Chief of Police, and agrees to meet and confer with the Association in all matters relating to wages, hours and other terms and conditions of employment.

R ECOGNITION. The CITY OF ABILENE recognizes the ABILENE PROFESSIONAL FIRE FIGHTERS ASSOCIATION, LOCAL NO.1044, as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for the covered firefighters described in the petition for recognition, excluding the head of the fire department and excluding the employees exempt under Subsection (b), in accordance with subchapter C of Chapter 142 of the Texas Local Government Code. The Parties understand and agree the provisions of this Agreement do not extend to employees outside of the Department.

R ECOGNITION. 1.01 The Triad Local School District Board of Education, hereinafter referred to as the “Board”, recognizes the Ohio Association of Public School Employees, OAPSE/AFSCME, Local 4/AFL-CIO and its Local #693 as the sole and exclusive representative of a bargaining unit consisting of classified employees of the district. For the purposes of these negotiations, the term “Employee” or “Employees” shall mean all full-time and regular part-time Classified Employees of the Board. Excluded from the Bargaining Unit are all personnel certificated under Section 3319.22 of the Ohio Revised Code, the treasurer, food service supervisor and temporary and part-time employees who are not employed on a regular basis, classified employees employed in the superintendent’s office, classified employees employed in the treasurer’s office and any other confidential supervisory or management-level employees as defined in Section 4117.01 of the Ohio Revised Code.
