Overnight Per Diem. If, during pick-up or delivery, the Contractor’s personnel (e.g. drivers/chemists/technicians) are required through some fault of the higher education facility to stay overnight (e.g. supplies are not readily available at the site), the higher education facility may reimburse the Contractor’s per-diem expenses (i.e. lodging and meals) in accordance with The Commonwealth of Virginia’s employee per-diem reimbursement schedule in effect at the time of the pick-up or delivery; not to exceed $157.00 per person per day. If the Contractor’s personnel are required to stay overnight due to the nature of the job (e.g. a spill during pick-up, an illness, late start from originating site, vehicle breakdown, or other such circumstances) the Contractor, not the higher education facility, shall be responsible for all of the Contractor’s personnel per-diem expenses.
Overnight Per Diem. (i) Whenever the Artist is required to travel outside the point of origin, the Artist’s fee shall be augmented by a daily expense allowance (per diem) as specified below: 2014-2017 2014-2015 $139.75 2015-2016 $145.00 2018-2019 $150.00
