Overtime applies. (a) Where an employee works in excess of the Ordinary Hours of Work. (b) Where an Employee outside the span of Ordinary Hours of Work. (c) In the case of Part-Time Employees, additional hours in excess of the agreed Ordinary Hours of Work (subject to the requirements of clause 10.5.7 (Part-time Employees)).

Overtime applies. Time in lieu is capped at thirty-five (35) hours, after which authorization of the Executive Director is required to accrue further time in lieu.

Overtime applies. When the Employer requests that an Employee work during their rest period, and they are not permitted to take compensating time off for the full period at a later time in the shift, instead of being paid at regular time for the rest period, the Employee will be paid at the applicable overtime rate.
