Overtime applies. (a) Where an employee works in excess of the Ordinary Hours of Work. (b) Where an Employee outside the span of Ordinary Hours of Work. (c) In the case of Part-Time Employees, additional hours in excess of the agreed Ordinary Hours of Work (subject to the requirements of clause 10.5.7 (Part-time Employees)).
