OVERTIME AVERAGING PROCEDURES a) A newly hired employee will receive the highest overtime hours plus one (1) hour of the highest overtime employee within the clas- sification and shift to which he is assigned. An employee who posts into or exercises his shift preference will be given the average overtime hours of all the employees within the classification and shift rotation of which his seniority places him on followed by him becoming qualified. An employee who is temporarily transferred for a period of more than thirty two (32) hours will assume the replacements overtime hours and will be allowed to work overtime in the classification. In situations where the man- power is increased the transferred employee will be given the average overtime hours of the employees within the classification on the shift. An employee returning from the transfer as mentioned in will be charged overtime xxxxx worked outside his classification in addition to those overtime hours he had ac- cumulated in his own classification prior to his transfer.

  • Testing Procedures Testing will be conducted by an outside certified Agency in such a way to ensure maximum accuracy and reliability by using the techniques, chain of custody procedures, equipment and laboratory facilities which have been approved by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. All employees notified of a positive controlled substance or alcohol test result may request an independent test of their split sample at the employee’s expense. If the test result is negative the Employer will reimburse the employee for the cost of the split sample test.

  • INVOICING PROCEDURES Payments shall be made to the Contractor based upon invoices submitted by the Contractor, provided such invoices have been approved by the Authorized Representative. Payments will be made to the Contractor within thirty (30) days, or within a mutually agreed upon period after County has received complete invoices from the Contractor. The County reserves the right to require such additional documentation, including monthly activity reports detailing the Contractor’s activities and services rendered, as the County deems appropriate to support the payments to the Contractor. The signature of an officer of the Contractor shall appear on all invoices certifying that the invoice has been examined and found to be correct.

  • Hiring Procedures Nothing contained in this Article 4 shall impair any of the rights of the Employer to hire new or additional employees to meet the employment needs of the Employer, in accordance with the terms and provisions of this collective bargaining Agreement or to meet the obligations of the Employer under Article 2, Section H of this Agreement or to take affirmative steps to comply with any requirements under any applicable Federal or State law prohibiting discrimination in employment.

The Parties will be updating their respective business systems over the next six months, and the updates to these business systems will require the Parties to modify the Current SOPs. Once the Parties have completed the updates to the business systems and agreed on the necessary modifications to the Current SOPs, the Parties will sign a written amendment to this Agreement appending the updated standard operating procedures (the “Updated SOPs”). Until the Parties have signed a written amendment appending the Updated SOPs, the parties will continue to follow the Current SOPs. The Parties will comply with the applicable SOPs in connection with the purchase and sale of products identified in a Purchase Schedule. The Parties may add terms and conditions to, and amend the terms and conditions of, the SOP in a Purchase Schedule, but any additional and amended terms and conditions in a Purchase Schedule supplementing and modifying the SOP will only apply the specific products identified in that Purchase Schedule for its duration.

  • Life-Giving Procedures When approved, employees will receive paid leave, not to exceed five (5) working days in a two (2) year period, for participating in life-giving procedures. “

  • Operating Procedures The Service Provider intends to clear trades for Fund Shares through, and make use of, the National Securities Clearing Corporation’s (“NSCC’s”) Fund/Serv and, in connection therewith, agrees to follow and comply with the procedures, terms and conditions set forth in the operating procedures set forth in Exhibit A hereto, as supplemented or amended from time to time by the mutual agreement of the parties hereto (the “Operating Procedures”).
