OVERTIME DESIRED LIST. A. The overtime desired list shall be posted on the official bulletin board for each section. A section shall be identified by installation zip code.
B. The overtime desired list will be posted by calendar quarters. On the first day of each quarter, the list will be lined out after the last name, and a copy presented to the Union Representative of the section.
C. The overtime desired list shall indicate work assignment overtime, or any overtime assignment for each carrier on the list.
D. To assure that overtime is scheduled on an equitable basis, a chart shall be posted at the end of each pay period showing the overtime hours worked by each carrier in the section.
E. Once a carrier signs on the overtime desired list, his/her name will remain on the list from quarter to quarter until the carrier request his/her name to be removed or requests a change in the type of overtime desired. A change in the type of overtime would be effective in the new quarter.

19 A non-probationary employee who requests to work overtime shall have his/her name placed 20 on an ODL. An updated copy of the ODL designating overtime assigned shall be maintained 21 and posted by each head custodian. 23 After an employee is offered overtime his/her name shall be placed at the bottom of the list 24 and shall not be eligible for overtime until all other employees on the ODL have been asked.
OVERTIME DESIRED LIST. A carrier who signs the overtime desired list is available for work on all overtime assignments in the station, including, but not limited to, work on their own route, non-scheduled day, work on other assignments other than their own route. Letter carriers signing the Overtime Desired List, who prefer to work in excess of 10 hours on a scheduled day up to a maximum of 12 hours on a scheduled day, should indicate their preference on the list by placing an asterisk or checkmark by their name. All overtime worked by a carrier on this list will be considered in providing equitable opportunities as outlined in Article 8, Section

OVERTIME DESIRED LIST. An Overtime Desired List will be established by facility. Any clerk desiring to sign the OTDL must do so in writing within the two week period proceeding the start of the quarter (January, April, July and October).
OVERTIME DESIRED LIST. In accordance with Article VIII, Section 5 of the National Agreement, a chart shall be posted and updated periodically in each work location indicating each employee's accumulated overtime. An employee who has been contacted to work overtime and is excused by Management, and thus does not work overtime, shall be credited on the chart as if they did work overtime.
