Overtime Hours. Overtime shall be work performed by an employee which is in excess of forty (40) hours in one (1) week. Employees shall not be required to alter their normally scheduled hours of work without their consent in order to require use of compensatory time in lieu of overtime pay. This Article shall not preclude changing an employee’s regular work week, subject to Section 15.2.
