Overtime Premiums. Overtime at the rate of time and one-half (1 ½ ) will be paid for all hours worked in excess of the scheduled workday and on Sunday, Paid Holiday or the employee's assigned day off. Double time will be paid for all hours worked in excess of twelve (12) hours on Sunday, Statutory Holidays, or scheduled days off.
