OVERVIEW OF THE CONTRACT. The Student Housing Contract is a financially and legally binding contract between the University of South Florida’s Board of Trustees, a public body corporate acting for the University of South Florida and a prospective or enrolled student who is and intends to remain enrolled. (Special Status Students are housed upon approval by the Department.) Any alterations by the student to the terms contained in the contract will neither be honored nor deemed valid without specific written approval from the Assistant Vice President for Housing & Residential Education recognizing acceptance of and identifying the proposed alterations. Hereafter, all references to the term Department are understood to mean the Assistant Vice President for Housing & Residential Education or designee; all references to the Assistant Vice President for Housing & Residential Education are understood to include a designee. All references to the term residence hall(s) are understood to include all suite and apartment style halls unless otherwise specified. The following rights and responsibilities apply to assignment, utilization and cost with regard to living in University Residence Halls and Apartments. In consideration of the payments made and to be made, as provided herein, the student is entitled to occupy an assigned space and to the services provided by the University's Department of Housing & Residential Education, all subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein:

OVERVIEW OF THE CONTRACT. 3.1 A JOC is an indefinite quantity contract pursuant to which the Contractor will perform an ongoing series of individual Projects at different County facilities and sites, often simultaneously, throughout the County. The Contract Documents include a Construction Task Catalog® (CTC) containing construction tasks with pre-established Unit Prices. All Unit Prices are based on local labor, material, and equipment prices and are intended to reflect the direct cost of construction (excludes overhead and profit).
OVERVIEW OF THE CONTRACT. 2.1 The City of Ocean City seeks proposals from qualified marina operators for the purpose of construction, operation, and management of a public marina for a specified period of time, and during specified hours of operation, throughout the calendar year. The proposal shall be for a License to utilize the Proposed Public Marina Site. The License to use the site shall be expressly and strictly limited to use of the Ocean City Marina Site for the operation of a public marina. The Licensee shall have the privilege to occupy the Site under the County’s ownership and approval. As the Licensor, the City anticipates and acquiesces to the Licensee investing substantial capital for the placement, operation, and management of a public marina at the specified Site. Therefore, the License shall be irrevocable during its term, provided the Operator complies with the conditions noted throughout this Competitive Contract and the anticipated contract between the City and the Operator.

OVERVIEW OF THE CONTRACT. The Bucks New University agrees to allocate an Xxxxxxx+ grant to the student for undertaking an Erasmus+ exchange period provided that sufficient funds are available and that the student satisfactorily meets the conditions outlined within this contract. The student accepts the Erasmus+ grant and undertakes to carry out the exchange as described in Annex I, ensuring to complete all the Erasmus+ forms within the specified timeframes as requested by the Bucks New University. The contract must be signed by hand. Any amendment to this contract following the signatures must be made in writing. The contract will enter into force when the last of the two parties signs.
