PACKAGING AND HANDLING. The Mart Registrar will select the type of packaging for the items on loan. The unpacking, re-packing and moving of items must be carried out exclusively by qualified personnel of the Applicant. In the event that such is carried out by a specialised company, this must be approved by the Registrar of Mart and take place under the constant supervision of the Applicant's staff. The Applicant must keep the original packaging and use it to repack the items in the same manner in which they were sent by Mart.

PACKAGING AND HANDLING. It will be obvious that in certain circumstances, the packaging of cables e.g. large heavy drums, sharp edges of metal components of cables could constitute a safety hazard and individuals should therefore take due care for their own safety when handling these items. The springing of the steel binding straps or the dangers arising from projecting nails used to retain battens around the drums or containers are particular examples to which the Supplier would draw the Customer’s attention. The Customer is requested to take such steps as are necessary to ensure that the appropriate information on the proper use and handling of our cables is made available by you to all those concerned. Similarly, this information must be available to anyone who may purchase or otherwise acquire from you such products for use in his own workplace.

PACKAGING AND HANDLING. Supplier shall preserve, package, handle, and pack Products and Disposables so as to protect them from loss or damage, in conformance with good commercial practice, government regulations, and other applicable requirements. Supplier shall mark the exterior of the boxes with the associated Supplier item number and serial number, lot or batch number.

PACKAGING AND HANDLING. The seller shall package and handle any materials or equipment ordered by TIC to protect the against loss or damage in accordance with good commercial practice. Materials will be packaged in appropriate containers in a manner to preserve product integrity and safety during normal shipping and storage conditions, and in accordance with the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism administered by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CT-PAT). Food-grade packaging is required for food-grade materials. The minimum number of lots of material will be utilized to fill any purchase order. For food-grade materials, at least 75% of the shelf life must remain at the time of delivery to TIC. All materials and equipment must conform to the specifications agreed upon by the parties and be compliant with any applicable government regulations. Seller is liable for any loss or damage due to its failure to package or handle materials or equipment ordered by TIC in the proper and lawful manner. With each shipment, the seller shall include, in paper or electronic form, a packing list that contains the applicable purchase order number, materials or equipment delivered, quantities and documents indicating conformance to any specifications agreed upon by the parties, including a statement attesting to the country of origin of the materials.

  • Packaging Tangible product shall be securely and properly packed for shipment, storage, and stocking in appropriate, clearly labeled, shipping containers and according to accepted commercial practice, without extra charge for packing materials, cases, or other types of containers. All containers and packaging shall become and remain Customer’s property.

  • Transportation Transportation expenses include, but are not limited to, airplane, train, bus, taxi fares, rental cars, parking, mileage reimbursement, and tolls that are reasonably and necessarily incurred as a result of conducting State business.   • Labeling Upon request, Lessee will xxxx the Equipment indicating Lessor's interest with labels provided by Lessor. Lessee will keep all Equipment free from any other marking or labeling which might be interpreted as a claim of ownership.

  • Procurement All goods, works and services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Financing shall be procured in accordance with the provisions of Section III of Schedule 2 to the Financing Agreement.
