Paid Concurrent Parental Leave. A Teacher who is entitled to take unpaid parental leave pursuant to section 71 or section 72 of the Act who applies to take concurrent parental leave pursuant to section 72(5) of the Act is entitled to payment pursuant to this clause.

Paid Concurrent Parental Leave. (a) An Employee who is entitled to take unpaid parental leave pursuant to section 71 or section 72 of the Act and applies to take concurrent parental leave pursuant to section 72(5) of the Act is entitled to payment pursuant to this clause.
Paid Concurrent Parental Leave. An employee who will not be the primary care-giver of the child may take up to two (2) weeks of concurrent parental leave at the time of confinement of their spouse / de-facto partner. Such leave can be deducted from Xxxxx’s Leave available to the employee pursuant to clause 24 of this agreement.
