Common use of Paid leave entitlement Clause in Contracts

Paid leave entitlement. An employee is entitled to a period of two (2) days of compassionate leave for each occasion when a member of the employee’s immediate family or a member of the employee’s household contracts or develops a personal illness that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or sustains a personal injury that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or dies.

Paid leave entitlement. An employee is entitled to a period of use two (2) days of compassionate leave for each occasion when on which a member of the employee’s immediate family or a member of the employee’s household household: (a) contracts or develops a personal illness that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or or (b) sustains a personal injury that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or dies.or

Paid leave entitlement. An 56.1.1 A full-time or part-time employee is entitled to two days paid Compassionate Leave per occasion: a. to spend time with a period member of two (2) days the employee's immediate family or household who has contracted or developed a personal illness, or sustained personal injury, which poses a serious threat to their life, or; b. after the death of compassionate leave for each occasion when a member of the employee’s immediate immediately family or a member of the employee’s household contracts or develops a personal illness that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or sustains a personal injury that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or dieshousehold.

An employee is entitled to a period of up to two (2) days of days’ compassionate leave for on each occasion when on the death, or illness or injury that poses a serious threat to the life, of a member of the employee’s immediate family or a member of the employee’s household contracts or develops a personal illness that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or sustains a personal injury that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or dieshousehold.

An employee other than a casual employee is entitled to a period paid compassionate leave of two (2) days of compassionate leave for each occasion when a member of the employee’s 's immediate family or a member of the employee’s household contracts or develops has a personal illness that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or sustains a personal injury that poses a serious threat to his or her life; life or dies.

An employee Employee is entitled to a period of two (2) 3 days of compassionate leave for each occasion when a member of the employee’s Employee's immediate family (including a stillborn child) or a member of the employee’s household Employee's household: a) contracts or develops a personal illness that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or or b) sustains a personal injury that poses a serious threat to his or her life; or or c) dies.
