Paid leave entitlement. 5.4.1 Provided they have accrued enough personal leave, employees are entitled to access up to a maximum of 76 hours paid carer’s leave each year from their personal leave accruals when they are required to provide care or support to members of their immediate family or household who are sick or injured and require care or support.
