Paid Meals. Where Youth Service Workers, Corrections employees, Dormitory Supervisors, or employees of Senior Citizens' Lodges are designated by the Employer to take meals with the residents or inmates as part of their assigned duties, the Employer shall pay for the cost of the meal.

Paid Meals. 9.1 Employees working one and one-half (1.5) hours of overtime contiguous to their regular shift, and up to or through a designated meal time, and any other overtime worked which continues into or through a designated meal time, shall be paid for appropriate meals. The midnight meal shall be paid at the dinner rate. Amounts distributed for meals shall be paid through payroll and will be included in the employee’s taxable income pursuant to IRS regulations. Under normal circumstances employees shall not be required to work more than six (6) hours without a meal. In the event an employee is required by management to work more than six (6) hours without a meal break, he shall be paid for one (1) hour at the straight time rate in addition to his compensation for time worked. When employees are scheduled to work outside their normal shift they shall not be required to supply themselves more than one (1) meal within a 24 hour period.

Paid Meals. Each Unit III member required to work in excess of twelve (12) consecutive hours in a workday and each employee required to work in excess of four (4) consecutive hours on a callback shall receive ten dollars ($10) toward the purchase of a meal if the extra work extends through the normal meal hour.
Paid Meals. The employer shall provide to the employee one free Subway 6” Roll per five hour shift. This offer is only available to the employee during working hours on their shift and is not transferable to other days or other persons.

  • Mileage Measurement Where required, the mileage measurement for LIS rate elements is determined in the same manner as the mileage measurement for V&H methodology as outlined in NECA Tariff No. 4.

  • Overtime Meals When employees are required to work more than two (2) hours beyond their regular work days, the Employer will provide hot meals at no cost to the employees, up to a maximum of sixteen dollars ($16.00) (receipts to be submitted) plus paid meal periods of one-half (1/2) hour at the prevailing rate and thereafter at four (4) hour intervals. Any early morning start before regular starting time is entitled to a paid meal. The breakfast limit is thirteen dollars ($13.00) (receipts to be submitted). Employees called out on overtime shall be paid for meals as above, after four (4) hours work.

  • Annual Paid Sick Leave Fifteen (15) days sick leave per year shall be earned by an employee at the rate of 1.25 days for every month that an employee is employed.

  • Paid Sick Leave Employees shall earn and be granted paid sick leave according to the following provisions:

  • Overtime Meal Employees requested to work more than two (2) hours overtime after completion of their regular shift, will be given one-half (1/2) hour on Company time to eat their lunch and will be given seven dollars ($7.00) meal money.

  • Benefit Level Two Health Care Network Determination Issues regarding the health care networks for the 2017 insurance year shall be negotiated in accordance with the following procedures:

  • Community Based Adult Intensive Service (AIS) and Child and Family Intensive Treatment (CFIT) – AIS/CFIT programs offer services primarily based in the home and community for qualifying adults and children with moderate- to-severe mental health conditions. These programs consist at a minimum of ongoing emergency/crisis evaluations, psychiatric assessment, medication evaluation and management, case management, psychiatric nursing services, and individual, group, and family therapy. In a Provider’s Office/In Your Home This plan covers individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, and family therapy when rendered by: • Psychiatrists; • Licensed Clinical Psychologists; • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers; • Advance Practice Registered Nurses (Clinical Nurse Specialists/Nurse Practitioners- Behavioral Health); • Licensed Mental Health Counselors; and • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists. Psychological Testing This plan covers psychological testing as a behavioral health benefit when rendered by: • neuropsychologists; • psychologists; or • pediatric neurodevelopmental specialists. This plan covers neuropsychological testing as described in the Tests, Labs and Imaging section.

  • Standard Work Week The standard work week shall be thirty-five (35) hours and is composed of five (5) consecutive standard work days.
